I specialize in working with high achieving women, college students, and young adults who feel stuck in unhealthy relationship cycles, emotional self-silencing, people pleasing, and identity loss. And let's be real, this doesn't only happen in romantic relationships. These dynamics play a role in friendships, with co-workers and family and trigger anxiety and depression. My approach is authentic, honest, and empowering. Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to wear your cape or minimize your experience. In this space we address trauma bonding, self-silencing, and toxic patterns of choosing emotionally unavailable partners. We also address communication patterns that have been shattered and deeply need repair. I offer in-person and virtual therapy for clients located in Illinois and Missouri.
